Taimy Lopez
Founder & CEO
Taimy is a distinguished alumna of Southern New Hampshire University, holding a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Human Resource Management. She further honed her expertise with a specialization in Leadership and Management from Harvard Business School and earned a Certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: Building a Diverse Workforce from eCornell University.
Driven by a passion for uplifting her community, Taimy focuses on holistic development encompassing mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. As a dedicated mental health advocate, her motto, "Meeting people where they are and instilling tools to propel them forward," reflects her commitment to personalized support and empowerment. Taimy's vision is to cultivate leadership environments that enable everyone in the community to thrive.
Mariela Arias
Executive Coordinator Director & Advisor
Mary graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, achieving a remarkable GPA of 3.69 and earning recognition on the President's List at three distinguished universities. In addition to her academic success, she has acquired various certifications in Mental Health, DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), and specialized training in Mental Health Studies focusing on Suicide, Violent Behavior, and Substance Abuse. Currently, she is advancing her career by pursuing Immigration Studies at the University of Phoenix.
Fueled by a profound passion and personal lived experience, Mary is a dedicated advocate for those who cannot voice their struggles. She is committed to empowering individuals to become self-sufficient by teaching them to recognize their strengths and utilize their own voices in advocacy. Her focus on empowerment knows no boundaries, transcending age, gender, and nationality.
With extensive experience working with vulnerable populations—particularly survivors of domestic violence and individuals facing mental health challenges in both adults and children—Mary is resolute in her mission to serve and uplift her community in various capacities. She embodies the belief that “Empower others to rise, and you’ll find strength in their success. As I lift others, their accomplishments become my reward. Together, we can break the silence, heal the heart, and rise from darkness.”
